The San Quentin is for the aggressive hardtail trail rider looking for a blend between singletrack capabilities and extended air time. Series 3 Aluminum Frame The San Quentin 2 and 3 feature Series 3 aluminum frames, with more advanced tube forming, more complex dropouts, post mount disc tabs, full internal cable routing, and a boost 148mm thru-axle. Modern Trail Geometry The slack head tube angle paired with a steep seat tube angle create a ride that will fly uphill with perfect front wheel precision but then descend like it's on rails. The balanced rider position thanks to the steep seat tube puts your weight between the wheels for impressive climbing and handling on flats, while the slack front end and short rear center help to pull you through the rough descents and corners with an intuitive feel. The Gestalt X is made to expand your horizons even further beyond roads. We extended the possibilities of the Gestalt by adding generous tire clearance, lowering the stand over, using solely one-by drivetrains, adding dropper post routing, and tuning the geometry for more adventurous riding. The Pine Mountain is a classic steel hardtail with modern trail capabilities for hardtail purists pushing the limits and seeking adventure. STEEL IS REAL Pine Mountain 2 features Series 3 tubing and cast thru-axle dropouts. BIKEPACKING ABILITIES The Pine Mountain features brazed-in cargo attachment points throughout the front triangle for carrying all of the water and gear one needs for a proper adventure. The new Bedroll Bar features a 50mm rise and a long, straight top bar for cleanly mounting handlebar packs away from cables and controls, and also mounting lights, phones, cycle computers, or whatever else catches your fancy. TRAIL GEOMETRY The Pine Mountain Trail Geometry is a mix of agility for trail riding and all-day comfort for bikepacking. Short chainstays keep a shorter wheelbase for that active ride, while a 66.5-degree head angle makes for confident steering with or without the weight of gear. TUBELESS READY 29" Tubeless-ready 32mm internal dimension rims and 2.6" tires give the Pine Mountain a comfortable ride with huge traction and ability to roll up and over large obstacles, while still being light enough to pedal and fast enough to rip single track.
