Little Shark Kid’s Tri Club 2018 and NEW Junior Sharks Tri Club
Attention parents of kiddos interested in triathlon! New for the coming 2018 triathlon season, Sally Drake and Libby Fennewald are joining forces to coach and manage the Little Shark Youth Triathlon Club. And more great news, there will be a new junior's program called "Junior Sharks" for those looking to work towards duathlons, super sprint triathons, and sprint triathlons.
We also have opportunities for elite kids and juniors who meet benchmarks in each sport the opportunity to be promoted to the USAT Z3 High Performance Team led by Jenny Weber out of Des Moines, Iowa.
You are invited to attend an informational meeting. We will talk about training sessions available, races planned, coaching options, and our fees. Pick from one of the informational meetings below:

Nutriformance/Athletic Republic brings together the key components of improved speed, agility, power and overall athletic performance. Throughout the training period, specific attention is given to sprint mechanics, neuromuscular coordination, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning and muscle physiology, all for the specific purpose of improving every athlete's performance.
Cost: $99/mo + tax allows student-athletes the opportunity to train in small groups 1-2x per week using acceleration protocol. $170/mo + tax for 3-4x per week.

Power Up Training Center @ Big Shark West is an indoor cycling training facility. Using their own bicycles on Computrainer stationary trainers, the young athletes are guided through their own personalized workout by our professional coaching staff. In addition to working on improving fitness, workouts include coaching cycling skills such as: proper use of gears and how to set a race pace. Bicycles must have a 26" or larger wheel to fit in the Computrainers.

Parkway Swim Club offers both competitive and preparatory programs. The prep program is a seasonal (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) program for the casually committed swimmer. These groups are for those swimmers looking to grow, learn and have fun in the sport of swimming, while possibly preparing for a more successful summer league and or High School swim season.

BackYard Lifeguards will be on duty. Open water swim skills test will be administered by BackYard Lifeguards before youth participants can safely participate in open water swims at New Town. This is not a learn to swim program, but a chance to get acquainted swimming in open water.
