Course Description: The setting for the circuit race is at the Missouri National Guard base just east of Jefferson City. The course is a track (closed to motorized traffic) that was built to train Highway Patrol and National Guard personnel on evasive and emergency traffic maneuvers. It is a three or four lane cambered, winding course (see above photo) with a slight degree of elevation change. It features great pavement, great sightlines, and a very unique, very fast course.
Directions: From Jefferson City take Highway 50 East to the Militia Road exit and go North (the only choice). Cross the RR tracks and drive straight to the National Guard base. Follow Algoa South to the National Guard Base. Request permission to enter the National Guard Base for the race and follow the signs to the course. Please do not drive elsewhere on the grounds of the base.
Race Information: The use of this course is a privilege. Please be courteous while on the grounds of the National Guard Base and use the proper trash receptacles. You will need to fill out a WAIVER for entrance onto the National Guard base which can be found HERE.
Registration: Registration will open at 8:00 am the morning of the event. Registration will close one half hour before each event. You can pre-register online at www.2wheeltech.com or by mailing an Entry/Release form to Big Shark Bicycle Company, 6133 Delmar Blvd. St. Louis MO 63112.

2006 Missouri State Time Trial Championships |
Directions: from Kansas City or St. Louis. Take Highway 70 until you reach either Highway 62 or 54. Both Highways intersect Highway 94 just outside of Jefferson City. At the the intersection ot the highways exit onto Highway 94. There is a pavilion just Northwest of the Highway on the outer road. The course follows I-94 East. Do not cross the Missouri River and enter Jefferson City. To get to the start- park in the North JC Pavilion Lot and ride you rbike back to Rte. W. Turn left on Rte W, cross Hwy 54/63 and turn left on Hibernia. Turn right on Wehmeyer Rd and right on Hwy 94. The start/finish is on Hwy. 94 in front of the ABB lot.
Race Information: Riders will go in 1 minute intervals. Junior Categories and older Masters categories will race distances as specified by the USA Cycling rules- 20k or 40k depending on age. Senior categories will race 40k. Start time will be in the same sequence as registration. Cost will be $25. Missouri State Championship Jersey's will be awarded to race classes with 3 or more participants. Medals will be awarded to all podium finshers.
Categories: Racers will be scored in relative to category. Masters Categories will be held for all riders 30+ in 5 year increments/both genders. Juniors must use appropriate gearing.
Registration: Pre- register online at www.2wheeltech.com.
Race Registration will be on race day starting at 6:30 am. Start Times will be awarded on a first come/first serve basis in the order of registration- inlcuding pre-registered riders. Start Time is 9:00 AM.
Please Note- We had previously listed an 8:00 am start time- but Online registration has been assigning numbers starting at 9:00 am. We will Start at 9:00 am so that no one misses their assigned online time.
