2017 GO BIG Endurance Training Program

GO BIG Spring Training Group, January 5th through March 30th, 2017

Overview: This program is geared toward all levels of athletes looking to maintain fitness and improve their base conditioning with the goal of starting the 2017 running, cycling and multisport season with an edge. The goal of the program is to increase general fitness while building strength and flexibility as we move from the off-season to in-season. A team of seasoned triathletes and professionals will work alongside participants throughout the course of the training program. The cost of the program is $400 and includes some BIG values! (A 10% discount is offered to prior participants).

The Package: A comprehensive 12 Week Training Program with a team of experts providing guidance throughout the training program beginning at the weekly group training session at Nutriformance on Thursday, January 5th. The GO BIG training program includes:

  • 3 months of club membership at Nutriformance (use of facility and classes)
  • Thursday evening 6:30pm functional conditioning classes at Nutriformance for Go Big participants only!
  • 3 month scheduled workout plan on Training Peaks
  • Nutrition presentations from Nutriformance Registered Dietitians
  • 6 Sessions at Power Up Cycling at Big Shark West
  • Organized Go Big group rides and runs
  • Big Shark Bicycle Tune Up
  • Entry into the Nippy Niner Trail Run
  • Entry into the Run for the Chocolate 5K
  • Entry into the Chain of Rocks Duathlon
  • Optional Swim Coaching through Big Shark Racing avaiable for additonal cost
  • The total value of the program is over $700. The cost of the program is $400
