PEDAL HARD'S OFF-SEASON CLINIC

This clinic, designed for both cyclist and triathletes, will cover:

• Post season evaluation
• Planning for next season, including goal setting for next year and beyond:
• Off-season training tips, including Cross Training, Resistance Training, Sport Specific Training

The clinic will take place at Pedal Hard Training Center at Big Shark West on Friday, October 21st at 7:00 PM. Contact Pedal Hard at 636/875-4334 or stltraining@pedalhard.com for more information.

There is NO COST for this clinic. Join us after the clinic for drinks and snacks.

There WILL BE special pricing on Class Packages and Performance Camps for attendees on the day fo the Clinic.
