2015 The Riverlands Rush Biathlon 6/13/15

Saturday, June 13th

About: Thanks to the great folks at Riverlands and US Army Corps of Engineers you get to test your mid season athletic mettle on a terrific race course. The Riverlands Rush Biathlon is a wide open and fast race set next to the wetlands and waterways of the Riverlands Wild Bird Sanctuary and Audubon Center. The run heads out onto a peninsula into the Mississippi River on a mix of pavement, gravel and wood chips before heading back to the transition area. The bike ride is two rocket ship fast circuits of a flat and fast course with two turn arounds. Keep your friends close and your competition closer as you have opportunities to chase and be chased! Riverlands is a very lightly used rural area...there will be very few motor vehicles on the course. Professionally chip timed by our friends at Big River Race Management.
